Illustrated London News
We have now completed the 1880s decade of this hugely informative
newspaper.
The 1880s saw Jack the Ripper terrorise the streets of Whitechapel, the end
of the first Boer War, as well as the attempted assasination of the
Queen.
This gives us complete coverage from 1842 (the year the paper started) to
1889, as crystal clear, searchable copies.
Each issue is bookmarked by article and is easily searchable. They contain
many announcements of Births, Marriages, Deaths, Obituaries, Wills &
Bequests.
You can access these records
by purchasing a Diamond subscription and for a limited time, you can save over £44!

nearly a thousand years, the 12th series is now underway! We have been following the
celebrities each week as they trace their ancestors.
We see how Paul Hollywood used TheGenealogist's family forename search to track down his
ancestors, and discover more about Jane Seymour's ancestors in our Jewish Seatholder

be traced using wills and census records
