Try our system and search for elusive ancestors.

One of the main requests with our online service was to make it easier to search for a name.

We have been working hard to implement a simple name search that just returns how many of that name are in each database. It then lets you click on the databases where it found the names and if you have an all-inclusive subscription it will show you the entries.

Currently it covers our main census transcript databases but we will be adding other resources to the master index in due course. So if you don't find the person you want in the master search, remember to try searching the census indexes and our other databases.
