Issue: When you double-click an Adobe PDF file, the Adobe Download Manager window appears, and the Download Manager returns the error "The download cannot continue. Error parsing voucher."
Solution: Associate PDF files with an Adobe Acrobat product.
To associate a PDF file with an Acrobat product (such as Acrobat 6.0 or Adobe Reader):
1. In Windows Explorer, right-click on a PDF file.
2. From the pop-up menu, choose Open With > Choose Program
3. In the Open With dialog box, select an Acrobat product from the list (such as Acrobat 6.0 or Adobe Reader).
4. Select "Always Use This Program to Open This Type of File".
5. Click OK.
Background information:
When you install an Acrobat product, that product becomes associated with the PDF file format. When you double-click a PDF file, the Acrobat product opens and displays the PDF file.
If the PDF file format becomes associated with the Download Manager, the Download Manager opens and attempts to display PDF files when you double-click them. The Download Manager enables you to download products and product updates from the Adobe Web site, but it can't display PDF files.
In this case, you can run the PDF manually:
- Go to 'Computer'
- Right-click on your CD Drive and click 'Open'
- Double-left-click the 'fsCommand' folder
- Right-click on the PDF file and choose 'Open with...', then left-click on 'Choose default program'
- Select 'Adobe Reader' from the list of programs
- Tick the box that says 'Always use the selected program to open this type of file'
- Click 'OK'
Windows XP:
1 - Click "My computer"
2 - Click "Tools" - "Folder options"
3 - Click the "File types" tab

5 - Select it and then click the "Change" button

7 - Make sure the "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file" IS ticked and then press "OK"
Windows Vista/7:
1 - Click "Start" - "Control panel"
2 - Click "Classic view"
3 - Click the "Default Programs"
4 - Click "Associate a file type or protocol with a program"
5 - Scroll through the list until you find "PDF" (PDF FIle)
6 - Select it and then click the "Change program" button
7 - In the "Programs list" look for "Adobe Acrobat". If you cannot find it click the "Browse" button and navigate to Navigate to "Program files" - "Adobe" - "Acrobat X.0" (where X is your version of acrobat) - "Reader" select "AcroRd32.exe" and click "Open"
8 - Make sure the "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file" IS ticked and then press "OK"
Now if you close all of your windows and then restart the CD you should have no problem.
