How do I open my family file from version 7?
To open your family file, simply click the 'File' tab, then click 'Open'. You can then follow the on-screen prompts to open your file.

Installation errors (GLBxxx.tmp file or error 9)
Make sure you download the latest update to Legacy 8. To do this, go to the Home tab and click the Update link. You can also download it from the website at:
