Yes. To use the upgrade version, you must own an older version of Reunion (Reunion 10, 9, 8, 7, etc.). Please note that it is not necessary to install an older version.
If you do not have a previous version of Reunion installed when you install the Reunion 11 upgrade, you will be asked for one of the following:
- A Reunion 9 or Reunion 10 license code.
- Insert the CD of your previous version of Reunion.
- If you were upgrading from Reunion 4 or Reunion 5, click the appropriate button and enter a word or phrase from your Reunion 4 or Reunion 5 user guide.
Once entered correctly you can continue with the installation and registration.
Sometimes the email with download and registration details can go straight to your Junk or Spam folders, or may even be blocked by your provider. Please check your Junk/Spam folder first.
Please note that it can take up to two working days to process your order. If you have not received your email after two working days, please contact us.
